To keep your Meg Bag looking its best, please follow these care instructions:

Colour Transfer: Be careful when wearing dark-coloured clothing prone to colour transfer. Keep the bag away from dark and dye-prone materials.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving the item for a speedy replacement. Please note, that returns must be with all tags and in the original packaging.

Missing Parcel
ByMaay is not responsible for a missing parcel. If the courier informed you the parcel was delivered and you are sure it was not, this matter should be taken to Australia Post first via this link: https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/find-a-missing-item
If the parcel is lost, please contact ByMaay with proof from the courier so we can rectify the situation.

The perfect bag

I thought the Aly bag was my ‘it’ bag, but then along came Meg. I love the double zip bag. Holds everything I need and keeps things perfectly organised. Having that extra larger zip compartment sold me on this bag. I also love that it has an internal zip pocket on one side and an open internal pocket on the other. A place for everything.
