Avoid Overloading: Don't overfill the bag with the heavy items,, as this can strain the stitching and shape. 

Water and Moisture: Protect the bag from exposure to rain or water. If it gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean, dry cloth.

Avoid Sharp Objects: Be cautious around sharp or abrasive surfaces to prevent scratches or damage to the vegan leather.

Colour Transfer: Be careful when wearing dark-coloured clothing prone to colour transfer. Keep the bag away from dark and dye-prone materials.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving the item for a speedy replacement. Please note, that returns must be with all tags and in the original packaging.

Please be advised that we do not provide shipping labels or cover postage for 'change of mind' purchases.

Missing Parcel
Bymaay is not responsible for a missing parcel. If the courier informed you the parcel was delivered and you are sure it was not, this matter should be taken to Australia Post first via this link: https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/find-a-missing-item
If the parcel is lost, please contact Bymaay with proof from the courier so we can rectify the situation.
