Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving the item for a speedy replacement. Please note, that returns must be with all tags and in the original packaging.

Please be advised that we do not provide shipping labels or cover postage for 'change of mind' purchases.

Missing Parcel
Bymaay is not responsible for a missing parcel. If the courier informed you the parcel was delivered and you are sure it was not, this matter should be taken to Australia Post first via this link: https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/find-a-missing-item
If the parcel is lost, please contact Bymaay with proof from the courier so we can rectify the situation.
