ByMaay is not responsible for a missing parcel. If the courier informed you the parcel was delivered and you are sure it was not, this matter should be taken to Australia Post first via this link: https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/find-a-missing-item
If the parcel is lost, please contact ByMaay with proof from the courier so we can rectify the situation.

Leather Shoulder Bag

I love the bag. It's not too big and has plenty of pockets to pop your phone, wallet and lippy in. The wide strap is very comfortable and doesn't slide off your shoulder. I love the metal bling of the zips too. I would definitely recommend buying the bag.
